1. Scope
This policy explains how Enroll Thee handles information through our website, Anne, school intake, family-school introductions, tour tools, email communications, and support. Contact support@enrollthee.com with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
Parents and guardians provide their name, email, optional phone number, child’s first name and age, city, days and hours of care needed, and any start-date, budget, program preferences, or other details entered into the conversation and family brief. We also collect consent records, invitation responses, tour selections and changes, optional tour questions, feedback, and support messages.
Schools provide program names, locations, ages served, websites, director contact details, profile information, invitation messages, tour availability, and external booking links. We may also maintain school information from public sources.
We collect operational records such as browser session identifiers, request timestamps, security and error information, email delivery status, and actions taken through invitation or booking links. Hosting and website providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, and usage data. Our Cookie Notice explains browser storage.
Do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information about you or your child. Childcare requirements can usually be described without detailed diagnoses or documents.
3. How we use information
We use information to continue your Anne conversation; prepare and review family briefs; route requests using location and ages served; deliver invitations; record responses and bookings; send relevant tour communications; provide support; manage school participation; maintain service records; prevent misuse; and improve the Service. A potential match is not a verified opening or a guarantee that every preference is met.
Anne may send the free-text description of childcare needs to an AI service to help summarize it and identify the location. The current integration can use OpenAI. Review the resulting brief before submission and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. AI processing is not limited to your browser.
4. When family and school information is shared
After your authorization, ET shares a family brief with potentially compatible schools. That brief can include parent and child first names, age, location, schedule, and preferences; it is not anonymous. ET initially withholds your direct email and optional phone number from the director. When you respond through the invitation or book an ET tour, contact information is made available for direct follow-up. A director’s invitation may itself contain school information or details the director chooses to write.
Your optional ET tour questions are stored by ET and shown in your parent reminder; they are not automatically included in the director’s messages. Post-tour feedback is sent to ET and is not posted publicly or automatically forwarded to the school. ET staff may access these records for service administration and support.
Once you communicate with a school directly, the school controls its own copies of your information. Its privacy practices apply to those communications. ET cannot recall information already delivered by email.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
Service providers process information to host the website and application, store records, send email, support automated summaries, and operate the Service. Current technical providers include Wix for the website, OpenAI/Sites and Cloudflare for application services, and Resend for email. Providers receive information needed for their functions. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer subject to applicable protections and notices. Schools may pay ET for introduction services under separate commercial terms; family information is shared through the introduction workflow described above, not made into a publicly searchable family directory.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Anne conversations and submitted records are stored on ET’s application servers. A browser cookie helps associate a returning browser with its conversation. Starting over or clearing browser storage does not delete previously submitted family requests, tours, or server records.
We retain information for service operation, support, recordkeeping, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution as reasonably needed. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised. You may request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for lawful reasons, and previously delivered email copies are not automatically removed.
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards, including protected admin access and private invitation links. No electronic system or email transmission is completely secure. Do not forward private links to unintended recipients.
7. Your choices
Email support@enrollthee.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information; withdraw a family from future matching; pause school introductions; or stop non-essential communications. Tell us which email address or profile is involved, without sending identity documents unless specifically needed. We may verify your authority before disclosing or changing personal records.
Withdrawing a request does not undo prior disclosures or automatically cancel a tour. Use the relevant tour link or contact the director and ET. Necessary communications about an existing booking or support request may continue. Privacy rights vary with your location and the laws that apply, including California rights to know, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses where applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising those rights.
8. Children, other services, and updates
The Service is intended for adults, not for children to use directly. An authorized parent or guardian may provide relevant information about a child. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information directly or information was provided without authority.
School websites and external booking or calendar services operate under their own policies. We update this policy by changing the posted date and providing additional notice or obtaining consent when required.
Cookie Notice

Anne uses a session cookie to recognize the browser that owns a conversation. The current guest cookie is set for up to 14 days. The conversation itself is stored on the server. Blocking or deleting the cookie may prevent you from retrieving that conversation, but does not delete server-side requests or bookings.
Wix and other website infrastructure may use their own cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, or usage measurement. Third-party booking services have their own cookie practices. Browser settings can help you review, block, or delete cookies; some functions may stop working.
