Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Enroll Thee ("Enroll Thee," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,

use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a childcare request, communicate with us,

or otherwise use our services. By using Enroll Thee, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including a parent or guardian's name, email address, phone

number, ZIP code or general location, child's age or age range, desired childcare start date, days and hours of care

needed, preferred travel time, childcare budget, preferred childcare setting, educational or program preferences,

family priorities, and other information you choose to provide. We encourage families not to provide sensitive

information about themselves or their children unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the service.

Information Collected Automatically

Our website provider and other service providers may automatically collect information such as device type, browser

type, IP address, pages visited, referring website, and general usage information. Cookies and similar technologies

may be used to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, improve our services, and support

analytics or other permitted business functions.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to create and maintain family childcare profiles; identify potential childcare matches based

on age, schedule, location, budget, preferences, and other criteria; communicate with families; facilitate introductions

between families and childcare providers; respond to inquiries; operate and improve Enroll Thee; prevent misuse or

security issues; and comply with applicable law.

Automated Matching

We may use formulas, scoring systems, automated tools, or other technology to identify and rank potential matches.

A match, recommendation, or match score is informational and does not guarantee provider availability, admission,

enrollment, placement, compatibility, or acceptance.

4. How Matching and Introductions Work

Information submitted by families may be compared with information supplied by or collected about participating

childcare providers, including age groups served, schedules, location, tuition, program characteristics, enrollment

needs, and other criteria. We may initially provide providers with a limited or anonymous family profile, such as child

age range, desired schedule, approximate location, desired start timeframe, program preferences, budget range, and

other relevant matching criteria. We may withhold direct identifying information such as a parent's name, email

address, or phone number until an introduction is appropriate or authorized.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with childcare providers when reasonably necessary to provide matching or introduction

services. We may also share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Enroll Thee,

including website hosting, forms, email, data storage, analytics, automation, payment processing, and other business

technology providers. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process,

protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security concerns, or complete a business transaction subject to

applicable law.

Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information to childcare providers in exchange for payment simply so they can independently

market to families. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notices or

choices required by applicable law.

6. Information About Children

Enroll Thee is intended for parents, legal guardians, and other adults seeking childcare. It is not intended for children

to use directly, and children should not submit information themselves. Information about a child should be submitted

only by an adult authorized to provide it. We seek to collect only information reasonably useful for childcare matching

and encourage users not to submit unnecessary sensitive information about a child during the initial matching

process.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no website, database, email system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely

secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate

business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect legitimate business

interests. Families may request deletion as described below, subject to lawful exceptions.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you or your family;

to withdraw your family from active matching; or to stop receiving non-essential communications. We may need to

verify a request before acting on it, and certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

10. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws. Depending on the law and

circumstances applicable to Enroll Thee, these may include rights to know about, access, correct, or delete certain

personal information and to receive information about certain disclosures or uses. We will not unlawfully discriminate

against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to childcare providers and other third-party websites or services. Enroll Thee is not

responsible for their privacy practices, security, accuracy, or content. Their own policies apply when you interact with

them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Enroll Thee evolves. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide

additional notice when required by applicable law.
