1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enroll Thee website, matching services,

communications, and related services. By using Enroll Thee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not

use the service.

2. What Enroll Thee Does

Enroll Thee helps families discover and connect with childcare providers that may fit their needs. We may collect

family preferences, compare them with provider information, generate potential matches or rankings, facilitate

introductions, and provide related tools or services.

3. Enroll Thee Is Not a Childcare Provider

Enroll Thee does not itself provide childcare and, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not own, operate, employ,

supervise, license, or control childcare providers. Providers are independent businesses or organizations responsible

for their own operations, employees, policies, licensing, safety, pricing, admissions, and services.

4. No Guarantee of Placement or Availability

A match, recommendation, introduction, listing, message, stated opening, or other information provided through

Enroll Thee does not guarantee that a childcare space is currently available or that a provider will accept or enroll a

child. Enrollment decisions are made by the provider and family. Any guaranteed-placement product, if offered in the

future, will be governed by separate written terms describing exactly what is guaranteed.

5. Provider Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but provider information may be supplied by providers, families,

public sources, or third parties and can change. Enroll Thee does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or

accuracy of tuition, hours, openings, licensing status, program features, or other provider information unless

expressly stated.

6. Family Responsibility and Due Diligence

Families are responsible for determining whether a childcare provider is appropriate for their child. Before enrollment,

families should independently evaluate providers and verify matters important to them, including licensing,

inspections, credentials, policies, safety practices, tuition, hours, staffing, availability, and program suitability.

7. Matching and Recommendations

Matches may be based on information such as age, schedule, location, travel preference, budget, program

characteristics, family priorities, and provider needs. Matching methods may change over time. Recommendations

are not professional childcare, educational, medical, legal, or safety advice and should not substitute for a family's

own evaluation.

8. User Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to impersonate another

person, submit information without appropriate authority, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access,

9. Communications and Introductions

By requesting matches or introductions, you authorize Enroll Thee to communicate with you regarding your request

and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to use relevant information to facilitate potential matches. Marketing

communications, where applicable, may be subject to separate consent and opt-out mechanisms.

10. Paid Services

Enroll Thee may offer paid products or services. Prices, features, eligibility requirements, cancellation rules, refund

terms, and any specific guarantees will be disclosed before purchase. Payment for a service does not create a

guarantee of enrollment unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

The Enroll Thee name, branding, website design, text, graphics, matching concepts as expressed in our proprietary

materials, software, databases, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Enroll Thee and may be

protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, or

commercially exploit protected materials except as permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Enroll Thee may link to or integrate with third-party websites, providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, or

other services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or conduct.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enroll Thee and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free information, provider quality, childcare

outcomes, availability, acceptance, or suitability, except where a specific written agreement expressly provides

otherwise.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enroll Thee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,

consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, interactions with childcare providers,

reliance on provider information, or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot

lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful

misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms as Enroll Thee evolves. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised

effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except

where applicable law requires otherwise.
